Relationship Officers
to join our dynamic sales team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing banking products while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, referrals, and networking Promote and sell banking products including Credit Cards Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations
Requirements
Experience in UAE banking sales, tele-sales, or direct sales is preferred Good communication and convincing skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of UAE banking products is an advantage Any nationality can apply
