We are looking for a Relationship Officer / Client Coordinator with strong customer service and operations experience to manage client coordination for company formation and related services. The role involves handling both local and international clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience
in customer care / client servicing
Minimum 1 year UAE experience
is mandatory
Strong exposure to
operations
Familiar with
CRM tools
and comfortable with daily updates and tracking
Strong communication skills (calls, email, WhatsApp)
Interested in
research-based learning
and willing to learn new things daily
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Handle
local and global clients
for company formation and related services
Act as the
first point of contact
and ensure a professional client experience
Answer client calls/emails and resolve queries
within assigned timelines
Ensure
daily follow-ups
via email/calls/WhatsApp for ongoing cases
Update all follow-ups and status in the
CRM/software without fail
Take immediate action on
new order forms
received from Sales / ECS / CP team as per timelines
Manage a portfolio of
70-80 clients
Understand client requirements and provide
research-based advisory
for formation across different zones
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 4,000 + Incentives
