We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Relationship Officer to promote and sell the company's banking products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell banking products to prospective clients through field visits, referrals, and outbound calls. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance product reach and customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries effectively, provide clear product explanations, and assist with documentation and application processing. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare daily sales activity reports, and collaborate with team leaders to achieve individual and team targets. Demonstrate proactive attitude, persuasive selling techniques, and exceptional customer service at all times. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Bachelor's Degree. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

Salary: AED 3,000 + Attractive Commission based on target achievement.
