We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to prospective customers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. --- Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell credit cards to individual customers through direct sales, field visits, and telemarketing. Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements clearly to customers. Assist customers with the application process and ensure proper documentation. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. --- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in credit card sales, banking, or financial products (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
