We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Relationship Officer

to join our team. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and support the overall objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Identify client needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Conduct regular client visits, calls, or meetings as required. Monitor and analyze client feedback to suggest improvements. Prepare periodic reports on client activity, feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
