Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Assist clients in gathering and preparing required documents.
Provide guidance on immigration procedures, timelines, and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely application processing.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in immigration consultancy, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
