Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer with proven banking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking services, customer relationship management, and sales. They will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell banking products and services to existing and potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking sector.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience ( 6 months +) in sales or customer service in a banking environment.

Strong understanding of banking products and services (loans, savings, investments, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
