Relationship Officer

Customer Prospecting

: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, referrals, networking events, and online research.

Sales Presentations

: Engage with prospective clients to present the features and benefits of our credit card products. Demonstrate how our offerings align with their financial needs and goals.

Relationship Building

: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their preferences and financial requirements.

Application Processing

: Assist customers in completing credit card applications and guide them through the approval process.

Achieve Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Track and report progress regularly to the sales manager.

Customer Support

: Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay Informed on Products and Industry

: Stay updated on our credit card products, promotional offers, and industry trends. Keep abreast of competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Compliance and Documentation

: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical practices in all sales activities and customer interactions.

Sales Reporting

: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented.
