Job description A leading DSA is seeking qualified and efficient sales professionals with experience in selling banking products mainly Credit Cards & Personal loans. Requirement:
- The ideal candidate should possess minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience in credit cards sales, personal loans category.
- Fresher Interested in Sales With good communication also can Apply.
- Must have a minimum of 0-2 year U.A.E experience in banking sector (DSA Experience Mandatory).
- Must be available in U.A.E to join immediately.
- Good communication skills, convincing power & a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team as well as independently.
- Achieving and exceeding the assigned sales target every month.
- Proactively identify new customers and create new business opportunities by approaching them.
- Negotiate terms & conditions of the deal between bank and the customer.
- Follow & stay updated with the bank policies thereby ensuring the same from the client.
- Expand business by nurturing potential customer relationships.
- Visa & Health Insurance will be provided.
- You will be entitled for your home leave passage upon completion of two years of service.
- Fixed salary + Basic incentives + Bonus Incentives + Team Outing Perks.
