Responsibilities will include: This job is suited for a lady with UAE customer care experience and staff coordination background.
Excellent Telephone communication skills.
Manage Client relations from the presale to post sale, this is done with the aid of a Receiption team.
Train the reception and sales on a uniformed techniques, communication and corporate message to be adopted in dealing with BTC situations.
Supervise and manage the written communication with the clients (email, social media).
Insure a smooth operational relation with the client (items dispatched on time and the schedule is correctly maintained) this is done with daily briefings on job expected to be delivered from each department.
This is a 9-7 Job 6 days a week.
Location is AL BARSHA Dubai.
