Job Description
We at NeoFin Financial Brokers LLC are urgently looking to recruit Relationship Officers / Tele-sales Executives for Banking Products at our Dubai office. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
