: Relationship Officer - Banking Sales Position Overview: Surani Group is seeking motivated and experienced Relationship Officers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in selling credit cards or personal loans for UAE banks. This role is target-oriented, with an opportunity to earn the best incentives in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of credit cards and personal loans by engaging potential customers and offering tailored banking solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize various sales channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms, to reach potential clients.
- Keep up to date with the latest banking products, services, and market trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in banking sales, specifically in selling credit cards or personal loans.
- Only candidates currently based in Dubai with UAE or relevant home country experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
