Relationship Officer - Real Estate Sales (Arabic National)
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote real estate projects, and achieve sales targets in line with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions
Follow up with leads and successfully close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
Attend property exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
Arabic National preferred
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or relationship management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Fluency in
Arabic
is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Valid driving license is preferred
