Role: Relationship Manger (Large Relationships)
ROLE PURPOSE:

• The position holder will work in key merchant sectors and get large to very large merchant acquiring sales and maintain key relationships.
• Offer VAS like DCC, MPOS, and Loyalty Programs etc.
• Liaison with Card Payment Companies (VISA, Master card, AMEX etc) on all aspects of the Payment Card Business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain long-term relationships with large Merchants through regular communication and personalized support.
• Handle the large Merchant onboarding process for ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the ADIMAC products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the merchant base.
• Generate new sales by onboarding new merchants.
• Generate additional business through cross-selling.
• Promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback.
• Know the competition and market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead.
• Improve and meet sales targets through long-term Merchant retention.
• Analyzing the current strategies and work standards and make changes to the existing approaches where appropriate.
• Identify expansion through geographies/channels/ new revenue streams

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role

• knowledge of Merchant Acquiring products & services
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks
• Good knowledge of service standards
• Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products
• Good knowledge of VISA / MasterCard Regulations on Operations & Risk
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring ) -.
Salary range: 16-18K plus incentives
