We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager Large Relationships to support and grow a Merchant Acquiring business by managing large to very large merchant portfolios. The role focuses on merchant acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, and delivery of value-added payment solutions across key sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with large and strategic merchants through regular engagement and tailored support
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of large merchants, ensuring smooth implementation of acquiring products and services
• Drive new merchant acquisition and portfolio expansion within targeted sectors
• Increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling of value-added services (DCC, mPOS, Loyalty Programs, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchant issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution
• Monitor and enhance merchant satisfaction through ongoing feedback and service reviews
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive position
• Achieve business targets through merchant retention and account growth
• Review existing strategies and processes, recommending improvements where applicable
• Identify opportunities for geographic expansion, new channels, and new revenue streams

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in the Payment Card Industry (Merchant Acquiring)
• Solid understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risk frameworks
• Working knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and CUP products
• Familiarity with VISA / MasterCard operational and risk regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• High service orientation with the ability to manage complex, high-value accounts
• Strong knowledge of Merchant Acquiring products and services
• Proven experience managing large merchant portfolios and driving business growth
