Job Description

A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with clients or customers, understanding their financial or business needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products or services (e.g. loans, investment options, insurance, business solutions).
Manage a portfolio of key accounts or high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), depending on the sector.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products or business services.
Achieve individual and team sales or revenue targets.
Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, credit, operations) to deliver seamless service.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.
Prepare regular reports on client status, pipeline, and performance metrics.
