Relationship Manager

to lead local collaboration initiatives, help install indoor and outdoor media screens, and generate real estate leads through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with new potential partners (restaurants, beauty salons, fitness centers, etc.) through in-person visits, calls, emails, and social platforms Lead negotiations and sign partnership agreements Coordinate installation of media screens at partner locations Manage existing partnerships: build engagement and develop long-term cooperation Organize and lead co-branded promotional events Ensure a consistent stream of real estate inquiries through partner channels Integrate partners into the digital ecosystem of project WAY (social media, events, marketing)

Partner Acquisition Channels

On-ground business visits in key areas across Dubai Attending business events, networking meetups, and expos Reaching out to bloggers, micro-influencers, and small business owners Cold calling and targeted outreach through business databases Online research and outreach via social media and messengers

What We're Looking For

Residing in Dubai or deeply familiar with the local business environment Energetic, proactive, confident communicator -- especially with business owners and managers Background in sales, business development, PR or marketing is a plus Strong personal motivation and a results-driven mindset Skilled at pitching ideas and inspiring collaboration Comfortable working independently and actively in the field Fluent in English (spoken and written); Russian is a plus

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
