Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan. Execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other collaborators to enhance business partnerships. Liaison between customers and the rest of the team Keeping track of competitor
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in the Dubai real estate Sales or Customer Service Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Strong personality and a" can-do" attitude Knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing of the real estate industry in Dubai
Salary
7K During Probation (3 Months) + Commission 8K Post Probation + Commission
