Leading Property Developer is Looking for a Relationship Manager Role:

Relationship Manager - Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with top brokers & partner agencies Conduct project briefings, trainings, and market updates Support VIP clients with presentations, project tours, and closing assistance Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to maintain healthy deal flow Monitor broker performance and submit weekly/monthly reports Track market trends, competitor launches, and client feedback Organize broker events, activations, and site visits
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Real Estate Developer (mandatory) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Strong broker network in UAE market Deep understanding of project pricing, payment plans, and USPs Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
