Job Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.

Responsibilities

Handle and convert marketing-generated leads Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units Negotiate within approved limits and close sales Update CRM and coordinate with finance/legal teams for bookings and documentation Stay updated on competitors and market trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of real estate

experience Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills CRM & MS Office knowledge Valid driver's license
