Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage long-term relationships with retail, HNI, and institutional clients across CFD and exchange-traded products. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and account activation in line with Mauritius and UAE (SCA) regulatory standards. Understand client trading objectives and provide appropriate product guidance across FX, commodities, indices, equities, and derivatives (non-advisory). Coordinate with dealing, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure efficient trade execution and issue resolution. Monitor client activity, margin utilization, and trading behavior, escalating risks or concerns where required. Drive client engagement, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance. Maintain accurate client records, communications, and reporting as per regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

Graduate with Minimum 3 years of Experience in the similar line .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
