Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE real estate developers
Act as the primary point of contact between developers and clients
Promote developer projects to investors and end-users
Manage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and documentation teams
Ensure smooth booking, payment tracking, and handover processes
Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and pricing
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
Minimum
6 months of experience with UAE real estate developers
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and developer projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple clients
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
