: Multilingual Business Development

Job Location - Dubai

Experience - 3-5 years

Japanese nationals/Turkish/Russian/Italian/Spanish and etc or Strong passport holders or multiple languages.

Salary - 10k AED + Incentives

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and investors. Utilize various platforms, including social media and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in multiple languages. Address client inquiries and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop business proposals and presentations tailored to different markets. Assist in creating marketing materials that highlight developers value propositions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote and expand referral networks. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and business opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies. Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business initiatives. Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry, preferably in a multilingual environment. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and cultural dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
