The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and onboard new channel partners to the current partnerships with Invespy, managing & training the relationships with channel partners. Channel partners include Real Estate companies, wealth management companies, and other funds, locally and internationally. The objective is to remain on top of the mind of the channel partners, training & maintaining relationships and selling real estate through the channel partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a network of channel partners or Real Estate Companies to empanel with Invespy.
Engage with the partners onboarded and train them on the all new developers; projects and stock
Find and empanel relevant local and international partners for all the projects under Invespy.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, and social selling to clients within the assigned territory
Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
Draft and deliver proposals
Report on sales activity (Daily Report)
Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow-up)
What are we looking for:
Candidates should have 2-5 years experience in the real estate industry - brokers, developers sales or equivalent
Energetic and assertive with a strong presence
Good understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and worldwide to provide insights to the team.
A team player who understands how to work within a team to achieve business objectives.
Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
Result orientated with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Company's overall targets
Good analytical skills to understand clients' business needs and provide adequate marketing solutions
