Relationship Manager - Real Estate (RERA Certified)

AED 5,000 + Attractive Commission

Our client, from the real estate industry, is looking to hire two dynamic Relationship Managers to join their growing team in Dubai.

About the Role:

As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the main point of contact (POC) for the sales agents. You'll be responsible for providing project briefings, assisting in client presentations, and supporting the agents in closing deals successfully.

This role requires a professional who is confident, well-presented, and capable of delivering engaging presentations about real estate projects, developers, and unique selling propositions (USPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the sales agents and the company. Deliver project briefings and presentations to agents and potential buyers. Provide detailed insights on project features, pricing, payment plans, and developer information. Train and guide real estate agents on new projects, sales strategies, and client communication. Support agents during client meetings and assist in closing property sales. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor projects, and real estate developments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project updates.

Requirements:

RERA Certification is mandatory. 2+ years of experience in a real estate sales, relationship management, or similar client-facing role in Dubai. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of real estate projects, developers, and property sales cycles. Ability to manage multiple agents and provide consistent project support.
