Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide clients with a smooth and efficient service experience.
Assist clients throughout their property journey -- from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support.
Organize and participate in client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups to build trust and rapport.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's property portfolio, market trends, and industry developments.
Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs using CRM software.
Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen relationships and stay updated on best practices.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Relations Manager, Client Relationship Executive, or similar role, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
