To generate and manage sales opportunities for the company's real estate projects through direct client engagement and broker partnerships. This role aims to maximize revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and strengthen the company's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage partners.
Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to end-users and institutional investors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Finance, Oqood, etc.) to ensure smooth client transactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Train, support, and motivate brokers to drive performance and enhance sales results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Strong client service and relationship management abilities.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
UAE driving license preferred.
