The Real Estate Development & Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the development team in promoting real estate projects. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers, while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, investors, and business partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project briefings to clients and investors.
Manage end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company for all sales-related inquiries.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, pricing, and availability.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Coordination with Development & Marketing Teams
Collaborate with the project development team to understand project specifications, timelines, and features.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and events.
Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events to attract buyers and investors.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

1-3 years of experience in real estate B 2 B sales, property development relationship manager.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
