Key Responsibilities: o Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector, with a focus on property development and investment. o Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, ensuring long-term business growth. o Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion. o Proposal & Deal Negotiation: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals. o Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping the company's business development strategy and identify new market opportunities. o Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Qualifications: o Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the real estate industry. o Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English (must) and additional language, such as Russian, French, German, Italia, Turkish and Chinese.... is essential. o Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets. o Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages. o Networking Expertise: Well-versed in building and maintaining professional networks within the industry. o Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess market conditions and formulate effective business strategies. o Self-motivated: Driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
