We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will be vital in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be involved in various projects aimed at optimizing client relationships and maximizing customer retention.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Develop customized solutions to meet clients' requirements and exceed their expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospital/Health Care industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
