Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and investors.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and post-sales process, including property handover and after-sales support.
Actively promote new projects and real estate offerings in line with the company's sales strategy.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transaction processing.
Organize and attend property viewings, client meetings, real estate exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Prepare regular reports on client feedback, market intelligence, and sales pipeline.
Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience with developer in Dubai.
Strong understanding of Dubai's property market, real estate laws, and investor landscape.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
