We are looking for an energetic and driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client connections, driving property sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial contact to final transaction.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell real estate properties by understanding and addressing client needs.
Generate and follow up on leads using cold calling, digital platforms, and networking.
Organize and conduct property viewings, providing clients with comprehensive property details.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Cultivate lasting client relationships to encourage repeat transactions and referrals.
Manage all sales documentation, contracts, and payment procedures.
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless client support.
Participate in meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay informed about market trends and sales strategies.
Keep precise records of client communications and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Prior experience in real estate sales or client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Background in business, marketing, or related disciplines is advantageous.
