We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting property sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers by understanding client needs.
Identify and follow up on leads through cold calling, online channels, and networking.
Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information on properties.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate offers, and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Manage sales documentation, contracts, and payment processes.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support clients effectively.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
