to join one of our client's dynamic real estate teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction, and supporting long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and investors.
Manage daily client interactions and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Provide support during lease signings, renewals, and property handovers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain CRM records and prepare client service reports.
Foster long-term relationships to enhance client loyalty and renewals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE Driving License required.
