We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven
Sales Manager
to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Requirements
Experience:
5-7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably with a leading developer or brokerage.Sales Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-value environment.Client Focus:
Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and international clients.Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Technology:
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Languages:
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, German, Italian) is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
