Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Relationship Manager

with a proven track record in the

Dubai real estate developer sector

. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of

investors, clients, and agency partners

, with hands-on experience in promoting and selling

off-plan and ready projects

.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

direct investors, end-users, and channel partners

. Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, providing guidance on investment opportunities and developer projects. Drive sales of

off-plan and ready properties

by presenting project value propositions effectively. Generate new business through

networking, client referrals, and collaborations with real estate agencies

. Conduct

presentations, site visits, and client meetings

to showcase project offerings. Stay updated with

Dubai's real estate market trends, developer launches, and competitor activities

to provide clients with the latest insights. Collaborate with

sales, marketing, and operations teams

to ensure smooth transactions and excellent client experience. Consistently

achieve sales targets

and contribute to the company's overall growth. Manage post-sales client relationships to ensure

retention and repeat investments

.

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

Dubai real estate developer sales (off-plan or ready projects)

. Strong knowledge of the

Dubai property market

and investment landscape.

Proven sales track record

in achieving or exceeding developer sales targets. Established

client and investor network

in the UAE real estate market. Excellent

presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to work

independently

as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Fluency in English

is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.
