Nexus Developer is seeking a confident, client-focused, and proactive

Relationship Manager

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships while driving residential property sales. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and potential buyers. Understand client requirements and propose tailored property solutions from our exclusive residential portfolio. Coordinate and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits. Follow up on leads, nurture client interest, and convert prospects into successful sales. Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after the transaction. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class client servicing. Ensure timely updates on client interactions in the CRM system. Represent Nexus Developer at events, exhibitions, and private client meetings. Stay informed on market trends, competitive projects, and Dubai real estate regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or client servicing (UAE market preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and build long-term relationships. Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor. Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French is a plus). Knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
