Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the property purchase or investment process. Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth client transactions. Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction. Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and potential leads. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments to provide valuable insights to clients. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Contribute to building the company's brand image by maintaining professionalism and fostering trust.
