Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, or French.
