Job brief:

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Relationship Manager

with a

strong background in the UAE real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on real estate investments, property sales, and leasing. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Manage the end-to-end sales process including client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closures. Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth client transactions. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience in UAE real estate

(sales, leasing, or relationship management). Strong understanding of the

UAE property market, regulations, and investment landscape.

Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).

Salary Budget:

AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month
