We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify, and generate new channel partners leads through various means of networking and marketing campaigns. Provide expert guidance to clients on available properties, pricing, and financing options. Answer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. Tailor presentations highlighting key features and benefits to address the unique needs and interests of potential buyers. Engage in negotiation processes and close sales deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients and maintain a competitive edge. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through maintaining client and channel partners interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional proficiency in Russian, French, Chinese or Urdu/Hindi is a plus. Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role. A driving license- A MUST.
