Relationship Manager - Owner Association & Resident Engagement

If so, we're on the lookout for a Relationship Manager to be the bridge between the Owners Association (OA) and community residents, assisting our Community Manager in delivering a seamless, high-touch living experience.

Your Role Will Involve:

Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, delivering timely and courteous resolutions

Assisting in all administrative and secretarial support for OA meetings, notices, and reports

Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure common areas and facilities meet community standards

Supporting community events, handovers, inspections, and rule enforcement

Gathering and updating homeowner data, handling service requests, and ensuring RERA/DLD compliance

Promoting community engagement and ensuring that resident needs are handled with care and professionalism

We're Looking For Someone Who :

Has a graduate degree

Fluent in English/Russian/Italian/Spanish

Has 3+ years experience in Hospitality, Community Relations, or Property Management

Is highly organized with strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills

Thrives in client-facing roles and brings both professionalism and warmth to the table

Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, community portals, and communication platforms
