To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a talented and client-focused Design and Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

Design and Client Relationship Manager with excellent communication skills in both

Persian and English

to manage client meetings, gather client design preferences, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the design process. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, highly organized, and experienced in the design industry.

Fluent Persian and English

(spoken and written) are mandatory.

Previous experience in the design/interior industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend meetings with clients alongside the design team. Conduct detailed discussions to understand client preferences, styles, and design expectations. Gather, document, and communicate client feedback accurately to the design team. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the project. Act as a bridge between the client and design/production teams. Support the team in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design proposals. Ensure client satisfaction through professional and attentive service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry. Fluent in

Persian

and

English

(spoken and written). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-focused attitude. Professional appearance and behavior suitable for high-end client interactions. Highly organized with attention to detail. Passionate about design, client service, and trend awareness.
