Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Relationship Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. The role involves managing client portfolios, providing property solutions, and supporting sales growth.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors. Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Assist in closing deals and maintaining after-sales relationships. Maintain CRM records and prepare regular client reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in real estate development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
