Job Details
The overall objective is client centricity, solutioning to build a strong portfolio whilst also identifying cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase the share of wallet.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, increase revenues and contribute towards the teams goals.
Liaise with product partners and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' requirements.
Liaise with internal stake holders to ensure an excellent client experience from onboarding to structuring solutions to become a thought partner to our clients.
Supports the Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals that balance risk and reward thereby adhering to the required risk and controls framework.
Responsible for putting up and monitoring credit provided to clients
Assists the Commercial Subsidiaries Head in research and Business development, projects and initiatives as is required by the business
Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing markets updates, trends and intelligence.
What We'll Need From You
3-5 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of banking, investment products and processes, as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
Demonstrates core credit skills
Demonstrates an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
Demonstrates ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit origination process, gather and maintain credit documentation and monitor accounts
Demonstrates advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling and statement analysis
Passion for exploring new business opportunities with existing clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
