Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for mortgage loans. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate mortgage solutions. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation to customers. Schedule appointments for senior mortgage advisors. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead conversions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Education Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (experience in mortgage or finance is a plus).

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Language:

Proficiency in English is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
