Job Roles & Responsibility\xc2\xb7 Supporting and helping build successful agents (Brokers) and selling through Direct channels.\xc2\xb7 Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)\xc2\xb7 Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.\xc2\xb7 Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.\xc2\xb7 Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning\xc2\xb7 Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)\xc2\xb7 Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.\xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.\xc2\xb7 Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.\xc2\xb7 Staying Informed on the Real Estate Industry.Must Have:-\xc2\xb7 Any Bachelor degree or any diploma holder\xc2\xb7 Min 6 months or 1 year experience in Real Estate (Off Plans/Ready to move)Reporting Structure:-\xc2\xb7 Reporting to Sales DirectorSalary/Benefits/Commission/\xc2\xb7 Salary (open to discuss)\xc2\xb7 Commission\xc2\xb7 Training\xc2\xb7 Potential leads\xc2\xb7 Visa + Insurance
