Meeting potential customers to inform them about the Financial Products /Services offered. Responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining good customer relationships Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via personal meetings. Educating clients in the company's platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures Handling complaints professionally and courteously Explain to the clients about our product offerings Client Follow Up
