Perform market and customer needs studies together with Marketing and Strategic Planning Departments, keep abreast of developments in the local business environment to spot business opportunities and to support Head of Corporate Banking in drafting a suitable business strategy and in order to meet the Bank\'s growth objectives.
Identify target customers both locally and within the region for he means of establishment a basis for potential business.
Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential corporate clients, and develop these into successful, on-going business relationships. Maintain effective relationships with existing corporate customers to ensure client retention.
Negotiate corporate deals (for instance, Project finance) as defined together with the concerned departments, on behalf of the Bank and ensuring its interests.
Liaise efficiently with branches to identify suitable business opportunities and centrally co-ordinate corporate clients business.
Monitor the development and progress of corporate deals and ensure that a quick action is taken in case of any adverse development.
Establish effective networking (information channels) with government and semi-government organisations to have the information on potential business opportunities at the earliest.
Prepare reports, analysis, management information data for top management and other departments, as per the requirement.
