Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets as per the approved business plan
Drive new-to-bank customer acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue per customer
Conduct proper customer analysis and submit complete and accurate case information after field visits
Maintain daily sales performance reports for review by team leaders and management
Ensure a smooth and compliant client onboarding experience
Present products transparently to avoid mis-selling and build long-term customer trust
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when required
Customer Focus
Deliver excellent customer service with a strong client-first mindset
Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable banking solutions
Ensure timely turnaround of customer requests and effective complaint resolution
Learning and Development
Participate actively in assigned learning, development, and training programs
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends
Continuously improve selling, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
Internal Processes and Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to FAB sales, compliance, and risk control policies
Comply fully with KYC, AML, fraud control, and client onboarding requirements
Support governance and control measures to minimize operational and credit risks
Maintain strong audit outcomes through compliance with internal procedures
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support case processing and deal execution
Skills and Competencies
Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
Good knowledge of business banking products and lending solutions
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Effective communication skills across in-person, telephone, and email channels
Qualifications and Experience
Business loans experience is mandatory
University degree required; MBA, PGDM, or sales-related certification preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in banking or the financial services industry
